Since January 2023, we have partnered with Shoot Media, a wedding photography and videography business renowned for its expertise in capturing over 200 weddings worldwide. Our role involves managing their digital transformation, streamlining business processes, and executing a robust marketing strategy to enhance client experiences and grow their brand presence.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:

1. Website Development and Integration:

• Designed and developed Shoot Media’s website from the ground up using Wix, ensuring it reflects their brand and services.
• Built and integrated a custom inquiry system using GoHighLevel to streamline client interactions and lead management.

2. Business Process Automation:

• Automated end-to-end workflows, including:
  • Inquiry to appointment scheduling.
  • Booking processes for photography and videography services.
  • Engagement session reminders.
  • Pre-wedding and post-wedding reminders for both clients and associate photographers/videographers.
